撞針霧化噴嘴原理:

撞針霧化噴嘴液體從噴嘴口高速射出，與噴嘴出口的圓盤頂針互相碰撞，或者兩股流體互相碰撞形成細(xì)小液滴，噴出均勻的霧化顆粒，在某些應(yīng)用中，這種噴嘴甚至替代許多昂貴的采用壓縮空氣或水蒸氣，為第二流體的雙流體空氣霧化噴嘴。引進(jìn)美國先進(jìn)的打孔設(shè)備，打孔孔徑在0.1毫米—0.15毫米之間，在70kg-120kg的壓力下，噴嘴形成極細(xì)密的霧化。
